Curatorial residency in Paris

For curators from Canada

Committed to fostering exchanges with France, the Darling Foundry offers this year again a one-month residency for Canadian curators, with the support of the Canadian Embassy in Paris. Hosted by the inspiring Couvent des Récollets in October 2018, the recipient will be accompanied by a local partner and have the opportunity to visit numerous exhibitions in the cultural capital during the bustling fall season, among which the F.I.A.C. The residency in Paris is followed by a week of research and prospection in Montpellier, organized in partnership with La Panacée art center.

The Darling Foundry will cover the studio and accommodation, airfare up to $1,000 CAD, and $1,600 CAD in living expenses.
