Mathieu Beauséjour
During the course of the last fifteen years, Mathieu Beausejour's artistic practice has developed with a view towards resistance and semantic deviation. His pieces have manifested themselves through the mediums of installation, image and intervention. A preoccupation for objects, symbols of power and for the construction of history have shaped the conceptual frameworks of his projects.
The artist received the generous support of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts
