Patty Chang and David Kelley

Working in a transcultural way, their videos incorporate performance, sculpture, research and experimental filmmaking practices. Themes of modernization, landscape, the built environment, and documentary permeate their pratic. Using a socio-politic approch teinted of an anthopological influence they produced different projects in China and Laos which deal with vernacular cultural and economic situations linked to specific sites.
